Poor baby - of my 3 only E had it that bad.... and i was totally shocked by it. Here is a pic of him at 1 month:
It had really just started to flare up then - and it only got worse. My camera went on the fritz and we don't have any pics of him again for another 4 months.... so no "worst" pics... but its similar to yours. It just went away on its own around the 3mo mark. My baby wasn't ever bothered by it though.... it just "looked" bad to me.
 IDK what i would have done to change it though..... hope you find answer soon....
