cottage cheese very high even some good whole wheat bread is 5g per slice, yogurt,kefir, protein is in lots of pastas. if you look it's actually pretty hard to come up low on protein. like other suggested trying eggs different ways egg salad sandwhich(my fav) hard boiled,quiche. maybe have someone else cook for you sometimes it is the smell and actually seeing/cooking it but then you can eat it fine?
