I delivered a posterior brow presentation baby at home, and it was tough! Took an hour of hard pushing (for baby #5!) and we almost ended up transferring. They didn't know he was in that position until I finally pushed him out though. His little forehead was bruised up like crazy.

And I hope I never need clots/placenta removed - that sounds so terrible! OUCH!
