I also wanted to add, I take him with me each week to pick out foods for his lunches. He puts them in the cart, on the belt and away once we get home.

One goes to school, so I bought a ziplock storage container with 3 sections. There are 2 in a pack, which is nice as he already lost one. I basically fill up each section with things he likes.
almond butter sandwiches with gf crackers,
almond butter in one of the cups with a spoon
Cold pizza on corn tortilla (could roll up)
Pirates booty (he in not gf, but we limit it...not sure if this is gf)
We do one fruit, one veggie, protein, one salty and one sweet.
And having a list of ok foods, works so well!
