Erin O'Brien's Prenatal Fitness Fix, and her Postnatal Rescue.
The postnatal one isn't too much of a real "workout" (only 15 min long), but it's done in three stages and it's very good for finding your ab muscles back safely, and getting you ready for a real workout.
DH married for almost 15 years, parents to 7 small people, so far.
