If anyone hasn't seen the movie 'Babies', I highly highly recommend it.
No words.. well.. no dialogue. Just 4 babies being born in Africa, Mongolia, Japan and San Francisco and how things are different.

I get completely fascinated watching them parent the African and Mongolian children. Japan is very much like America in the film.
