My Mood:
Re: Changing table/area organization...

My changing table has:
top: changing pad, wipe warmer, little basket with cloth wipes, fleece and sposie liners, spray bottle and books/toys
top drawer: prefolds, flat inserts
second drawer: big girl diapers
bottom drawer: newborn pocket diapers

left side cabinet: basket with newborn prefolds and covers
right side cabinet: wipe packages and replacement pad covers (newborns like to pee on the changing table when you take off the diaper - if you have these little pads on top of the regular pad, you can just change the little pad instead of the whole big changing pad cover).

We used to have the diaper pail next to the changing table, but it moved into the bathroom next to the toilet since she's a big girl and her poop gets dumped before I put the diaper in the pail.

Even after 2+ yrs, it is rare that I don't use the changing table. She is a bear to wrestle if she's not on the table. And it's so much nicer on my back not to be all hunched over on the floor.
SAHM to Magnolia May (09/10), Luke Russett (04/13) and expecting 11/16. Wife and best friend to my airman.
