I'm going to try these tips as well, I start work Monday and pumping would help but so far my manual Medea hurts to use so bad that I haven't gotten any milk out

any tips? I'm 5 weeks pp (almost) and although I'm taking my baby with me to work, it'd help a lot to supplement with a bottle (ill be working 4 hours a day)
