Last night we had boneless skinless breasts cooked in the crockpot with one regular can of diced tomatoes, one can of tomato soup, and one can of water. Salt, pepper, and generous with basil (sorry, I never measure seasonings ). Once it was cooked I added about 1/4 cup of heavy cream to thicken the soup. I melted an Italian blend shredded cheese on the breasts and the rest made a nice thick soup. It was simple and delicious.
