Re: Prenatal Yoga for Sciatic Pain?
Thanks for the suggestions ladies! I know my posture isn't super great - I always sit with my legs crossed, or pulled up to my chest. I've been doing a prenatal DVD that includes a number of stretches that are supposed to be helpful, but they're not quite kicking the problem. I heard that yoga was supposed to be good, though, so I thought maybe that would be the extra boost I needed.
I should probably head back to the chiropractor too.
DH married for almost 15 years, parents to 7 small people, so far.
