I had lost about 90 pounds. Then bf and I broke up and I've gained 30! I knew I had gained, but thought it was around 10. I'm so pissed with myself.
I joined noom (free app) 3 days ago and love it. Have to get back on track.
Why do I do this.... Up and down up and down. I want to lose 115 pounds. It's a long term goal. I'm thinking a year and a half?
