We all have our down times right?
AFM, mom's chineese food was suprisingly healthy. She used a little pam and no oil, glass noodles, sauce (fat free too) and vegis. She made spring rolls that she fried in a non stick pan with a touch of pam and not deep fat fried. This morning, I was down just below 153. All is right with the world, I didn't gain weight from my surgery after all. phew. Now I just can't wait to get back to it and see if I can loose a little more in the next month.
