I little of everything. Most of mine have banana, strawberry, chia seed, vegan DHA oil, hemp milk, and greens (either kale, spinach, or chard usually). Then every once in a while I add something else that I have sitting around. Adding grapes always makes them awesome! Other times I add mango, or apple, or peaches, or kiwi. Really whatever fruit I have around. I'm not picky. Every smoothie is an adventure!

For what it is worth, I soak my chia and it never ends up slimy in the smoothie. We have a Blendtec.
