Bean & ham. I remove some of the soup base and thicken it like you would gravy, then return it to the rest of the soup. I also add pepper, fresh garlic, and chicken granules in addition to the seasoning packet that comes with the beans.

Potato soup using left over mashed potatoes (which I make using 2/3 russet + 1/3 sweet potatoes), butter, milk, ham, peas, chives, cheese, sour cream
