It's okay to feel the fear. That's the feeling you should get when you see your limitation and dare to push past it.

It's not okay to let it paralyze you.

It's not okay to let it keep you from pushing that limit.

So when you're faced with that moment, when you're standing on the precipice of redefining what you can do, take a deep breath, shake off that fear and just go.
