I just did week2/day1 this afternoon and I thought it was really hard!!!!!
How fast are you all walking/jogging? I'm trying to push myself to go harder and faster and burn more calories every workout but I'm finding I'm pretty sore the next day. Normal? I usually walk at 3.5-3.7 and jog anywhere from 5.5-6.2. Any slower and it feels like I'm running in slow motion!
