Made this for dinner last week. Left out the roasted red peppers. DH ate half of it, I liked it, DD2 liked it... I got DD1 to eat one bite. I'll be making it again.

3/4 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into 9-in. pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350°F for 45 min. or until center is set. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into slices to serve.
