Individual listings (one item or item type per listing) or one list per seller per category.
I prefer a list

PPD or actual shipping calculated based on zip
ppd (perhaps with a discount for multi items if shipping would change)

Embedded photos, photo links or photos by request.

Stated price or make me an offer.
I prefer a price, because I hate to offend someone by offering something completley out of their range!
Another suggestion - I like to see a size listed in the listing title. . . It makes it easier, so when I see VBSN I don't get all excited just to see it's another M/L
