Pound 4 chicken breasts flat, put 1 oz cr. cheese in the middle. Cut fresh chives and sprinkle on top of the cream cheese. Roll it up, wrap 2 pieces of bacon around it and fasten with toothpics. Mix 1 can cr. chicken soup, 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp. lemon juice, salt and pepper, pour over chicken breasts and bake for about 45 minutes at 350*
I also like to make instant garlic mashed potatoes and stir cream cheese into them, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake until the cheese is bubbly.
You could add it to cheese soup.
You can make dips with them, if they're hot dips. Like cream cheese and salsa or chili, warmed.
