You can make a very yummy cooked dip with it. (I have made this with cream cheese from the freezer it works fine)
1 cup canned artichoke hearts or frozen artichoke hearts, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 C. Mayonnaise (do not use Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup spinach, chopped, thawed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, Grated
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Soften cream cheese. mix cream cheese, mayo, than mix spinach parmasian cheese (save some to sprinkle on top) and salt, garlic and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the top is browned. Serve with toasted bread crackers or tortilla chips
Everyone I know loves it when I make this it is very easy and oh soo yummy
