I know you said you didn't have any sugar, but I had to share this awesome recipe!!
Peanut Butter Mouse
8 oz. soft cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1-1/2 cups of peanut butter
3/4 cup milk
15 oz. cool whip thawed
1 tsp vanilla
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter and blend well.
Slowly add milk. (you may reduce the amount slightly for a firmer filling) and mix well. Fold in cool whip and vanilla. cover and freezer for a couple hours to set.
