I meant to post this awhile ago......
we made this about 2 weeks ago and everyone LOVED it! Was WAY easy too!
Chili Dog Casserole
Ingredients
2 15 oz cans of chili with beans
1 16 oz package of beef frankfurters
10 8" flour tortillas
1 8oz package shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425
spread 1 can of chili beans in th ebottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Roll up franks inside tortillas and place in baking dish, seam side down, on top fo chili and bean "bed". Top with remaing can of chili and beans, and sprinkle with cheese
Cover baking dish with aluminum fooil and bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
