I felt VERY menstrual. At first it started out mild, just that achy/crampy feeling then it would radiate into my hips and around to my back, then go back to that achy/crampy feeling. As the ctx got stronger, it went from 'menstrual' to feeling kinda like what a wicked leg cramp feels like.

edited to add: Induced contractions SUCK compared to natural contractions. Hope that helps.
