I have been a donor here is what I did....
Started with high doses of fenugreek (raglan would have been good too)
I pumped one side everytime my dd nursed.
I pumped an hour after she went to bed and I knew it would be awhile before she needed to nurse.
I managed to get about 20oz a day doing this.
It's a lot of work, but you're doing a tremendous thing for her.
