Baked Chicken and Ziti
1/2 pound chicken, boneless, skinless cut into 1/4" strips
1 chopped onion 2 minced garlic cloves
28 oz can crushed tomatoes 1tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper 2 cups ziti
2/3 c ff. ricotta 1/3 c. mozarella
2TBS Parmesan

Spray skillet and heat. Cook chicken 5-6 min and remove to plate.
Preheat oven to 375. Spray skillet again and saute garlic and onion 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and seasonings and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 8-10 min.
Cook ziti. Drain and mix with ricotta. Set aside.
Pour 1/2 tomato mixture into 13X9 casserole dish. Spoon in pasta mixture, top with chicken then add on remaining tomato mixtrue. Sprinkle top with remaining cheeses.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

4 HUGE srevings for 7 points each.
