I didn't know this either till I had bought some on ebay also. Another seller contacted me to let me know about the free shipping. The fedex label seller was simply ordering from fedex and then shipping to your (my) house. I believe they pulled his selling account. Now I think I have something like 200 labels that I will never use up.
