Re: Chicken Spaghetti
Hre is our recipe:
2 or 3 cooked, chopped chicken breasts (you can use more if you want.)
1 c. sour cream
28 oz can of diced tomatoes undrained
3 T basil
1 can mushrooms (opt.)
1 small onion, sauteed (opt.)
1/4 C chopped green olives
1 lb. cooked spaghetti
1 C shredded cheddar or other cheese
Put all together in a bowl and mix well - you can mix it and put in the fridge for the next day like this if you want.
Pour it into a greased 9X11 dish and top with more shredded cheese
Bake at 350 for 45 min to an hour.
