I love taco soup, its a major crowd pleaser!! My recipe is slightly different, but the method is the same.

1lb ground or chunk stew meat ( I use turkey)
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans beans
2 cans corn
2 cans chopped tomatoes, drained
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch dressing seasoning
4 cups water.

I cut the tortillas into strips, mix with olive oil, s/p and bake. yummy
