I read that cow's milk can be constipating for some kids. You can switch to soy milk, or just add some foods that will have the opposite effect. My doctor said any fruit that starts with a P helps them poop - prunes, pears, pineapples, plums, etc. Also raisins are good, but be sure to avoid things on the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) because they will not help!
