Thanks for all the great suggestions! I've got a bunch to look at now..

DH was more open to the straps on a MT then I thought he might be when I brought it up

For those who asked.. We have a 3 1/2 year old DD (Who suddenly wants to be worn all the time!) and a 3 month old DS. DH prefers to wear DS facing out on the front..
