What to do w/ 17 lbs. lean hamburger?
I just bought about 30 lbs of lean hamburger. I divided up alot into 2 lb freezer bags, flattened them so they will thaw easily and they are in the freezer.
Now I am wondering what I should do w/ the other 1/2 of the meat?
Should I season any before I freeze it?
Does it need to be browned before I season and freeze it?
Is sausage best made from Pork? Or can I season some of this to use in quiches?
Any ideas would be great.
