These are the tastiest! I call them "Tofu Snacks"
Cut a block of tofu into sticks kinda like french fries.
Throw them in a bowl and then I drizzle them with a bit of sesame oil (a little goes a long way), a few squirts of Bragg's liquid aminos, a few pinches of cumin and a bunch of sesame seeds, and sometimes a bit of pepper to taste.
Sorry but I'm not much of a measuring kind of cook
Mix everything together and throw them on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 350 degrees or so for about half an hour (I usually turn them about half way through) or until they are kinda crispy on the outside.
I usually let them cool a bit before eating them, it seems to firm them up a bit and they taste even better that way! Deelish!
Great for a snack, or on salad, or with some rice and veggies
