My dad's coworker gave us some cereals that they didn't use. One of them is barley which the boy have never eaten. They currently get oatmeal mixed in their fruit in the morning and veggies and rice cereal at night. Is barley more of a 'dinner' grain as well? Where does it rate in relation to other grains health wise? Is it better or worse than rice, oatmeal, wheat, etc? Thanks!
