Echinaccia (sp) - goldenseal safe?
My toddler has a horrible cold, I was wondering if it was safe to break open the echinaccia-goldenseal tablets and put them on her food or in her sippy.  Triaminic and vics rub aren't helping her at all. Going to set up the vaporizer tonight.
