Someone had mentioned pyloric stenosis but it doesn't sound like that to me. My oldest had it at 4 weeks and had surgery. There generally isn't any pain with that. It's usually just feed, puke, feed again. And it doesn't just "flow out" with pyloric stenosis, it's projectile vomiting like 4 feet accross the room. Just my
