Gramma's roll ups
1 wheet tortills
put natural sugarfree pb on 1 half topped with shredded carrots, put light mericlewhip or poss mayo on the other side and top with real lean turkey slices. It sounds yucky but it was the lunch of choice every single day each summer for us. I still adore them and very clean to eat and easy to handle!
Also dried craisens. I can't find any without added sugar but what the hey, right. I also give Cayden grahm crackers.
