Oh yeah! And you ladies who aren't 6 weeks pp yet, don't stress!
You have a 6 week grace period to eat what you want!
"They" say you should be taking it easy and not really exercising too hard during this time anyway....I mean you gotta recover!

And for those of you wanting to improve your diet, obviously fresh fruits and veggies are good, but take a look at the ingredients in the foods you buy - avoid high fructose corn syrup if you can, buy breads and snack bars made with whole grains (Pepperidge Farm makes a line of sandwich bread called "Naturals" that don't have high fructose corn syrup in it - it's sick how most breads have it!). Eating foods high in fiber will help with bloating, etc etc....okay baby hungry, crying for daddy! Gotta run!
