Re: April WW! Stop dieting start living!
OK, so here's my roadblock . . .
I lost 15 lbs when I first started ww online flex. I was supposed to be eating 30 points and then 29. Evidently I need a lot of hand holding because I did fine when I could use the meal plans. However, now the meal plans are giving me 20 points and when left to my own devices I am screwing it all up. I am always cheating late in the day (sweets), skipping breakfast (kids, argh) and not making time to exercise (workaholic DH). Do I need meetings (not wild about an extra $12 a week)? How do you guys find the time for exercise, make time for yourself to eat right and prepare healthy foods and remain self motivated? Whine, whine. I'm so needy!
