You can mix and match the meal plans. Right now mine is showing 22 pts for all the items. Check out the search menu options- you can search by ingredient, or even by point value- very handy IME. DO NOT skip breakfast!! It usually results in overeating later. My new tactic has been to eat a large serving of oatmeal in the morning (7:30-8am), and then I'm really not hungry until 2-3pm. Give Core a try! It forces you to pay more attention to when you are honestly hungry, instead of trying to find a low point snack/meal.
