When Landon got circ'd they used a cloth diaper at the hospital because it was gentler than the sposie =) (I honestly cant remember if they just laid the cloth inside the sposie? I think so, because they didnt pin him or anything.) Anyway, I would say just use some liners or cut up something to use as a barrier (the t-shirt idea).

Dont worry about the anticirc posts, he's your baby, it's your decision. I had a horrid knot in my tummy while he was gone, but it was hubby's one 'condition' if he had a boy and I felt he should play a part in that decision since I dont have those parts.
