Maggie! Great job on the no gain! And AWESOME! on committing to try again! Half the battle is saying "ok, today wasn't good, tomorrow will be better!" it is so easy to get discouraged and decide that you can't do this.... BUT YOU CAN! Even if you're in a rush, count your points.... Even if you know you're over your daily amount, count your points! It will help you to learn which quick foods can work into your point range!
