start by gettting him up in the morning at the time you want him to start the day. then follow his lead for naps for the day, that first day he may want to nap earlier than he used to, but i imagine the next day or 2 he will get back to his schedule. make sure you get him to bed for the night at a reasonable time. im sure you know overtired babies don't sleep well. good luck, and i hope you get back to feeling better soon!
