 totally helps... wow you are a wealth of knowledge!!! i am going to keep this post for reference... great to know... so basically what i am hearing you say is be observant and learn about my body... the waiting is so hard... i used to be so happy to have such a long irregular cycle... not any more thanks so much!!!
