This is my fav, but I'm always on the lookout for more!
Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry
1/2 C. soy sauce
1/2 C. sugar (I often use less)
1 1/2 T. red wine vinegar
2 t. veg. oil
1 sm. minced garlic clove
3/4 t. ground ginger
~Stir ingredients together and pour into a gallon sized Ziploc bag with 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks.
~On serving day, thaw.
~Add a bag of frozen stir fry veggies and stirfry in a skillet or wok.
~Serve over rice.
