My DS has worn his for about a year now. It is on him 24/7, even during baths and whatnot. I LOVE the look of my little 'surfer' boy. He actually has 2, but I wear one of them. He forgets he has it on and doesn't chew on it or anything. I just tuck it under his shirt and we're good to go.
