I have been off of both dairy and soy for several months for my DD as well so I totally understand!! It isn't so bad once you adjust - I have come up with lots of recipes that are really good so I don't feel too deprived anymore PM me if you ever need support
I'm drinking a smoothie right now that I made to have with breakfast.
about 6-8 strawberries
frozen mango chucks (trader joe's has these if you are near one!)
a bit of almond milk to thin it
Sometimes I add a little bee pollen, too but today I forgot (some people are allergic so if these are for the whole family I'd probably skip this). Spirulina is great for you too but it does make the whole thing green!
