I was just going to post this. lol. I was hoping some of you would share your recipes though. This will be my first time cooking (for Thanksgiving, that is).

If I end up having it at my home, this will be my menu:

The usual:
Turkey
Latin rice n beans
Potato salad
Grilled veggies
Corn on the Cob
Pasteles (latin plantain pies) - these are a lot of work, so I may nix them.
Pumkin pie

And this year I'm thinking of adding:
Sweet potatos
Flan for Dessert
