Ok so I'm not terribly fond of this,but I generally don;t like mushrooms anyway.

2lbs of button mushrooms
1 small onion(yellow or red)
16 oz sour cream
3 cups of bread cubed
Crushed Ritz Crackers

Saute the 'shrooms and onion in a little(or a lot)of butter until the mushrooms are tender and the onion is clear. In a cassarole dish mix the sour cream,mushrooms/onion mix and bread. Top with the crackers and back at 350 for about 25 minutes.

I top it with parsley,just to add some color
