We had ham stew. You take a ham slice and about 2 cups of celery, both cut in about 1 inch pieces, put in a pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Add s and p. After about 10 minutes add thickly sliced raw potatoes and cook until done. Thicken with flour and water mixture and cook a few minutes longer. It is simple and yummy. Serve with cornbread. Theresa
