I'm a bread person and haven't yet been able to stomach the bread substitues maybe I'll give this brand a try. We've been buying Kinninnick bread because it actually looks like a piece of bread to trick my 3 yr old....he mostly eats it...very easy to make grilled cheese sandwhiches with.

I love bread and this has been an AWESOME substitute. It is free of many other known allergens also! I don't feel deprived at all using this bread and I truely love it! I would use it if I wasn't GF. I also wanted to add that Outback Steakhouse has a GF menu!
